SPARC Program | LucyRx

Why fine tune your pharmacy benefit?

Investing in women’s midlife health is not just a compassionate choice—it’s a business advantage. The number of working women aged 50+ in the U.S. is 61 million and growing, yet many pharmacy benefits still create barriers to menopause and midlife care. Employers who address these gaps often see stronger engagement, improved employee experience, and greater workforce stability.

What is the LucyRx Benefit Design Session?

This is a working conversation designed to help employers understand whether their pharmacy benefit meaningfully supports women experiencing midlife health challenges, and what opportunities may exist to strengthen that support.

What it’s not? A pitch or proposal, pricing discussion, or guarantee of outcomes.

What we cover?

During the session, we help answer three practical questions:
  • Is our pharmacy benefit optimized four our workforce?
  • Where could access, experience, or outcomes improve?
  • What should we measure to know if it’s working?
To get there, we may review:
  • Formulary inclusion and tier placement
  • Prior authorization and access rules
  • Navigation when access breaks
  • Reporting and visibility into outcomes

We may also discuss what an effective women’s health pharmacy benefit should include based on workforce needs.

Real clients, proven success

For three years, we were with LucyRx receiving excellent services, until a larger PBM convinced me they could do a better job and save us more money. After six months we realized how much we lost in service and claims by leaving LucyRx. We came back to LucyRx and we are very happy we did. LucyRx’s service, experience and attention to detail is second to none.
