Alex Motola, Chief Business Officer of LucyRx, was named a Rising Star: 100 Healthcare Leaders Under 40 by Becker’s Hospital Review. He is among other ambitious and forward-thinking leaders who are 40 years old or younger that have quickly risen within the ranks of their organizations and made a lasting impact.
Motola was recognized for his role at LucyRx in overseeing mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, capital and growth initiatives and organizational development. Notably, he led the company through three major transactions and helped raise over $500 million in growth capital.
Under his leadership, LucyRx has grown to nearly 200 employees and expanded to serve more than 1.5 million members nationally. The company partners with over 1,200 organizations and more than 60,000 pharmacies to expand access and improve outcomes at scale. These results reflect Motola’s ability to turn vision into execution, scale with disciple and lead with integrity.
