Employee email templates

Use these ready-to-send emails to help employees understand when they will start seeing the LucyRx name, what is not changing, and what they may need to do next.

Recommended timing:

  • Send the announcement email before July 1 to explain the move to the LucyRx name and reassure employees about what is not changing.
  • Send the portal registration email when employees are ready to access the updated portal and app.
  • Send the reminder email before July 1 or before any key portal account deadline.
