FAQs

Download the LucyRx App from the App Store or Google Play and visit www.lucyrx.com/members to create your digital account. With those tools, you can check covered drugs, find in-network pharmacies, access your ID card, and more—anytime, anywhere. You can also email membersupport@lucyrx.com or call 877-860-8846 to speak with one of our live, U.S. based member services representatives.

If you already have a prior authorization (PA) in place, it will remain active with LucyRx until the original approval period ends—even after your new plan year begins. Before your PA expires, the LucyRx clinical team will contact your prescriber to review and renew it. If changes to your medication are needed, the team will work with your prescriber to ensure your treatment continues without interruption.

You can fill your specialty prescriptions through Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy or through one of the many pharmacies in our Connected Care Specialty Network. This network includes dozens of pharmacies at local hospitals and clinics, so you can fill your prescriptions and receive expert support, often from the same place where you already receive care. To check eligibility, call LucyRx at 877-860-8846.

Your plan allows 90-day fills for both routine and non-routine medications and includes an open retail pharmacy network. You have two options:

Home Delivery: Use Walgreens Mail Service to have 90-day supplies of your medication delivered to your home. Call 877-787-3047 or visit www.walgreensmailservice.com to get started.

Retail Pharmacy: Pick up 90-day supplies at participating retail pharmacies. Just bring your 90-day prescription and your LucyRx ID card to your favorite pharmacy.

Existing refills at your current mail or specialty pharmacy will not be automatically transferred. If you use mail order now, LucyRx will contact you to discuss your options. If you switch to Walgreens Mail Service, we’ll help you share information and request a new prescription. For specialty drugs, we’ll reach out with guidance on next steps and any eligible savings programs.

To request a reprint, use the member portal or the LucyRx app.

We’re ready to assist you. Email membersupport@lucyrx.com or call 877-860-8846.
